What Each Tool Is For

The Previty Method™ operates across three tiers — individual, organizational, and community. Each tier answers a different question for a different audience. Understanding which tool to use for your purpose is important.

Tier 2 · Population Risk Engine

  • Output: risk tier classification (High / Moderate / Low) per patient, intervention pathway assignments, and cohort-level distribution

  • Not intended for: epidemiological research, geographic analysis, or understanding a community's aggregate health burden
Community Health Intelligence
  • Designed for health plans entering new markets, ACOs analyzing service areas, public health programs, and AI health companies evaluating deployment populations

  • Output: population-level chronic disease burden, lifestyle medicine pillar scores, SDOH indicators, Community Health Age™, and an NCQA-aligned intervention priority matrix

Tier 1 · Individual Health Assessment
